Valerie Oberle

Valerie is an experienced executive leader and internationally acclaimed speaker. Combining professional expertise and passion, she works with organizations to develop and implement people management and leadership strategies that help drive the highest level of performance in every employee.

Prior to forming THE OBERLE GROUP in 1997, Valerie was a Vice President with the WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort in Florida. Valerie´s 26-year career with the Disney organization included key leadership roles in Guest Relations, Theme Park Operations, Resort Management, and Human Resources. For more than a decade Valerie led the world-renowned Disney University. In addition, she brought the Disney University Seminars business to be the recognized leader in benchmark professional development seminars offered to business leaders from around the world. Valerie's speaking and consulting talent draws from her extensive experience in: operations and people management; selection and hiring; training and communication initiatives; inspiring and retaining great employees; leadership development; quality customer service processes; and creating high performance team environments. Valerie's practical, logical approach to complex business issues has been a hallmark of her success.

Her extensive community involvement includes participation on the Boards of the United Way of Central Florida, the Hamilton Holt School at Rollins College, The Florida council of Economic Education, and she is currently President of the Board of Trustees for Buena Vista Academy. Valerie was also a founding member of the Florida Sterling Council, and served as Vice Chair for four years.

Valerie lives in Orlando with her husband and 2 sons.
