SIPSI (Scandinavian International Problem Solving Institute) Creaform AB was founded in 1980 by Ulf Perning, the Swedish Government and some International Companies. The purpose was to stimulate creativity, study exellent companies and exchange idéas between different types of organizations.

In 1988, SIPSI began to offer management and creativity development seminars to global companies at Walt Disney World in Florida together with the Disney University.

SIPSI has to date arranged around 40 open and 60 custom tailored seminars for businesses of all areas.

SIPSI also runs European Tours 3 - 4 times a year. We then present our unique concepts inhouse at different businesses, using the suitable human resources.
